About brilliant cut glass
A craft kept alive — for restoration and statement work.
Brilliant cutting is a traditional decorative technique — V-grooves and facets ground into the glass surface by hand, then polished. It is most often used on restoration projects (Victorian door panels, traditional pub mirrors, period bevelled mirrors) and on contemporary feature pieces.
We work with conservation architects and listed-building specialists on restoration; we can also reproduce traditional patterns for modern installations.
